1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) and Saint & Co. Dog Care (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), a company operating in New York, United States. These Terms govern your access to and use of our services. By booking, accessing, or using any of our Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use our Services.

2. SERVICES

We provide dog walking, field sessions, training, grooming add-ons, photography, and other related pet care services (collectively, the “Services”). We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time without prior notice.

3. CLIENT RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information regarding yourself and your dog(s), including but not limited to health conditions, behavioral history, vaccination status, allergies, and any special handling requirements. You further agree to promptly update such information as necessary.

You represent and warrant that your dog is in good health, properly vaccinated, free from contagious illness, and does not have any undisclosed behavioral issues that may pose a risk to people, other animals, or property. Failure to disclose relevant information may result in immediate suspension or termination of Services without refund.

You agree that all dogs within your household or present at the service location are your responsibility. Saint & Co. Dog Care shall not be liable for incidents involving animals that have not been disclosed prior to service.

4. DOG BEHAVIOR AND LIABILITY

You understand and acknowledge that animals are inherently unpredictable. By using our Services, you accept full responsibility and liability for any injury, damage, or loss caused by your dog, including but not limited to injury to persons, other animals, or damage to property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saint & Co. Dog Care shall not be held liable for incidents arising from normal animal behavior or from any undisclosed condition or characteristic of your dog.

5. OFF-LEASH SERVICES

Certain Services may involve off-leash activities conducted in controlled or semi-controlled environments. By consenting to such Services, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks, including but not limited to escape, injury, illness, or interaction with other animals. Participation in off-leash activities is entirely at your own risk.

6. HOME ACCESS AND ENTRY

You grant Saint & Co. Dog Care permission to enter your home or designated property as reasonably necessary to perform the Services. You are responsible for ensuring safe, secure, and reliable access.

We shall not be liable for any loss, damage, or liability resulting from faulty locks, security systems, or inaccurate access instructions provided by you.

If we are unable to access your home due to incorrect, incomplete, or missing instructions, you may still be charged for the scheduled service.

7. TRANSPORTATION OF ANIMALS

You authorize Saint & Co. Dog Care to transport your dog in a vehicle as necessary to perform Services, including but not limited to travel to and from walks, field sessions, appointments, or veterinary care.

You acknowledge and accept that transportation of animals carries inherent risks, including but not limited to injury, illness, escape, or unforeseen incidents. By using our Services, you consent to such transportation and agree that Saint & Co. Dog Care shall not be held liable for incidents arising from ordinary risks associated with transporting animals, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct.

8. VETERINARY EMERGENCIES

In the event of a medical emergency, you authorize Saint & Co. Dog Care to transport your dog and seek veterinary care as deemed reasonably necessary if you cannot be reached.

You agree that all veterinary services, treatments, and related costs are your sole responsibility. While we will make reasonable efforts to contact you, we are authorized to act in your dog’s best interest in urgent situations.

9. RECORDING AND MEDIA CONSENT

For safety, training, and quality assurance purposes, Services may be recorded using wearable, mobile, or other recording devices. By using our Services, you acknowledge and consent to such recording.

You further grant Saint & Co. Dog Care permission to photograph and/or record your dog for operational, training, and promotional purposes, including use on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless you explicitly request otherwise in writing.

We do not sell recordings or media containing your pet without consent.

10. GROOMING SERVICES

Grooming services, including but not limited to bathing, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and related services, are performed with reasonable care and attention. However, you acknowledge that minor injuries, irritation, or stress reactions may occur, particularly in animals that are sensitive or unaccustomed to grooming. You accept these inherent risks.

11. TREATS AND ALLERGIES

You acknowledge that treats or rewards may be used during Services unless otherwise specified. You are responsible for informing us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or sensitivities prior to service.

12. SERVICE TIMING

Service times are approximate and may vary due to traffic, weather, safety considerations, or other operational factors. By booking, you acknowledge and accept reasonable variations in scheduling.

13. WEATHER AND UNCONTROLLABLE CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to modify, shorten, reschedule, or cancel Services due to weather conditions, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

14. THIRD-PARTY PRESENCE

We are not responsible for actions, interference, or incidents caused by third parties present at the service location, including but not limited to family members, roommates, guests, or other individuals.

15. PAYMENTS AND FEES

All Services must be paid in accordance with the pricing and terms provided at the time of booking. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time without prior notice.

Late payments, cancellations, and missed appointments may be subject to additional fees. Appointments canceled without sufficient notice may incur a cancellation fee, and no-shows may be charged the full service amount.

All sales are final unless otherwise explicitly stated in writing.

16. PROHIBITED USE

You agree not to misuse the Services or engage in any activity that interferes with or disrupts the operation of the business. Prohibited conduct includes, but is not limited to, unlawful activity, harassment, or attempts to gain unauthorized access to systems or information.

17. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We make no guarantees regarding availability, reliability, or suitability of the Services for any particular purpose.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

In no event shall Saint & Co. Dog Care, its owners, employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Services.

Our total liability, if any, shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific Service giving rise to the claim.

19. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Saint & Co. Dog Care and its affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Services or your dog’s behavior.

20. RIGHT TO REFUSE OR TERMINATE SERVICES

We reserve the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate Services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to unsafe conditions, aggressive or uncontrollable animals, or violation of these Terms.

21. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update or revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

22. GOVERNING LAW

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York. Any disputes arising under or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within the State of New York.
